A Florida schoolteacher, who suffered from spousal abuse but forgave her ex-husband, has disappeared, according to a recent news report.
Sometimes life can take a turn for the worst. Shortly after a Florida man purchased a home for him and his wife, he was sent to prison for 55 years. His crimes included burglary and grand theft, along with others, and while in prison his wife was left with the marital property and the mortgage. He was recently released after 26 years, having earned time off his sentence for good behavior in prison. He has since filed for divorce and is demanding immediate asset division.
The number of divorces in Florida is unfortunately increasing. This leaves the children and parents in a sticky situation. Often, the divorce proceedings are ugly, with child custody at the forefront. The parents sometimes forget that they are negatively impacting their children with the personal feelings that may be harboring towards the other parent.
While many of us are getting ready for a fun filled holiday weekend, an Azalea Park woman is moving - out into the street. The woman, who is disabled and cannot move without the assistance of a walker, was told by Florida courts she had to be out of the house she has called home for the last 30 years because her ex-husband wants to sell the property.
